Shipping Policy

Handling time: 1-3 business days from the date of payment receipt.

All goods are to be paid for in full prior to being shipped out from our warehouse.

All items unless specifically stated will be shipped with tracking information - please ensure that you have your correct delivery address and email address preferably including a contact phone number.

If your items are shipped to an incorrect address as entered or not double checked by the customer, into the Sales order or undeliverable for any reason, the buyer is 100% responsible for the re-delivery costs of those goods back to their premise. If this situation applies to you please contact us at vintagedollimportsaus@outlook.com.

Express postage may be selected at checkout for domestic parcels only where offered and the timeframe for delivery by Australia Post Express Service will be approximately 1-3 business days depending on your location being metro or rural.

International orders will be shipped by Australia Post International service with tracking unless otherwise specified. Postage times will vary depending on the global courier timeframes specific to your region of the world however a general guide is approximately 7 - 30 business days. If you wish to claim a lost parcel you must do so after the 30 business day period from the date of lodgement. Please do so by contacting us on vintagedollimportsaus@outlook.com and we will endeavour to solve your inquiry as fast as possible with the help of our courier networks.
